Job Summary:-

We are looking for a Career Advisor / Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The role involves counselling students and parents, managing enquiries, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:-

* Counsel students and parents on courses and career options.

* Handle enquiries, walk-ins, and follow-ups.

* Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling.

* Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.

* Achieve monthly admission targets.

Required Skills:-

* Strong communication and counselling skills

* Target-driven and result-oriented

* Good objection-handling and persuasion abilities

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)

Preferred Experience:-

* Education counselling or admissions background.

* Experience in training institutes or service-sector sales.

Working Days:- Monday to Saturday.

Working Hours:- 9hrs (10AM - 7PM) (11AM - 8PM)

Location:- Mira Road/Sakinaka/Vashi
