*Job Description: Carrer Success Manager (Sales Manager)*


*Position Overview*


The *Carrer Success Manager (Sales Manager)* is responsible for leading the admissions team, driving sales performance, improving conversion rates, and ensuring overall revenue growth for the centre. This role requires strong counselling abilities, proactive lead management, and consistent achievement of monthly admission targets.



*Key Responsibilities*


*1. Sales & Admissions*


* Achieve monthly and quarterly admissions/revenue targets.

* Manage the entire lead funnel including enquiries, walk-ins, follow-ups, and closures.

* Counsel students and parents on courses, career pathways, and placement opportunities.

* Conduct tele-calling, counselling sessions, and centre tours to maximise conversions.


*2. Marketing & Outreach*


Plan and execute local marketing initiatives such as:


* Workshops

* College seminars

* Campaigns

* Career guidance events

* Housecalls


*3. Customer Experience*


* Ensure an excellent student and parent experience throughout the counselling process.

* Address objections professionally and maintain transparent communication.

* Coordinate with the Operations Manager to support smooth student onboarding.


*4. Reporting & Analysis*


* Maintain and analyse MIS reports covering enquiries, walk-ins, conversions, and revenue.

* Monitor daily follow-ups through CRM systems or Excel.

* Provide weekly and monthly sales forecasts and performance reports to management.


*5. Coordination & Compliance*


* Collaborate with operations and training teams to align batch planning and student joining.


*Required Skills & Competencies*


* Strong communication and counselling skills

* Target-driven and self-motivated

* Excellent negotiation and objection-handling abilities

* Leadership and team management skills

* Ability to multitask and work under pressure

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

* Knowledge of the education sector (preferred)


*Qualifications & Experience*


* Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred

* 1–6 years of experience in Education sales, counselling, or admissions as manager

* Experience in training institutes is an added advantage
