🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, feeding)

• Help with mobility (walking, transferring, wheelchair support)
• Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure if trained)
• Give medications as prescribed (if allowed/trained)
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of patient surroundings
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Report changes in patient condition to family or medical staff
