Job Vacancy: Sales Officers – AXIS Bank (Field Sales)

Location: Multiple locations across Pune

Position: Sales Officers (Field Sales)

Salary:

₹19,000 CTC

₹16,000 take-home

Performance-based incentives up to ₹60,000 per month

Work Location: Assigned branch or area near your residence in Pune

Interview Location: Will be shared upon shortlisting

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell AXIS Bank products such as Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, and Loans
• Conduct field visits and engage with potential customers
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Freshers are welcome
• Bike and valid driving license are mandatory
• Willingness to work in the field and travel within the local area
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
