CCTV Operator

The role involves closely monitoring the CCTV cameras at the assigned center or location, as directed by the Team Leader, using a standard checklist. It is essential to follow the standard procedure for reporting any non-compliance or suspicious activity, including all relevant details, to the Center Manager or Reporting Manager. Daily responsibilities include checking the health status of the CCTV/surveillance system, including DVR/NAS devices and installed cameras, and maintaining accurate records. Prompt identification of any faults in the CCTV system is required, ensuring that issues are resolved within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT). Additionally, the role includes maintaining proper tracking of CCTV surveillance data and copying it to external storage devices on a daily basis.
