Center Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to manage the operations and sales of our preventive wellness clinic. The role involves driving revenue through client engagement and ensuring smooth day-to-day branch functioning with a strong emphasis on hospitality and service excellence.

Role & responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Generate business through leads, references, rejoiners, upgrades, upsell, and cross-sell of wellness products and services.
• Oversee daily clinic operations including front desk management and patient flow.
• Supervise doctors and nutritionists to ensure compliance with clinical protocols and best practices.
• Monitor client progress and coordinate patient care with medical and nutrition teams.
• Ensure superior client experience, service quality, and hygiene standards.
• Motivate and manage the team to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Manage inventory of supplements, herbs, and wellness products.
• Handle cash collections, banking, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare budgets and ensure operational profitability.
• Maintain clinic documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Address maintenance, facility, and operational requirements promptly.
