ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly responsible driven and committed professional to lead our preschool centre operations and admissions

The Centre Head will be fully accountable for the overall functioning of the centre, including admissions operations, academic supervision, and parent relationship management

This role requires strong ownership leadership and the ability to independently manage the centre

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Admissions and Parent Counselling

Handle all enquiries, walk-ins, and parent interactions

Conduct school tours and convert leads into admissions

Maintain a strong follow-up and admission pipeline

Centre Operations

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre

Maintain discipline, hygiene, and overall environment

Academic and Team Supervision

Supervise teachers and ensure high classroom standards

Guide and support staff as a team leader and academic head

Parent Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for parents

Build trust and manage communication effectively

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Excellent English communication skills Mandatory

Strong interpersonal and convincing ability

Graduate Preferred

Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Preschool Education or Counselling, Sales or Customer-facing roles

Age below 35 years

SALARY AND EMPLOYMENT TERMS

25000 to 30000 per month Fixed

Performance-based incentives
