Job Summary

We are looking for a highly target-driven Channel Sales Manager to onboard and manage new channel partners such as dealers, showrooms, distributors, and resellers. This role is purely performance-oriented, focused on aggressive partner onboarding, revenue generation, and business growth. Candidates must be comfortable working on field


Key Responsibilities

1-Drive aggressive onboarding of new channel partners in line with weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.

2-Meet and exceed defined onboarding and revenue targets through channel partners.

3-Identify potential dealers, showrooms, and distributors and convert them into active partners.

4-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with newly onboarded partners to ensure consistent business flow.

5-Ensure channel partners are activated quickly and start generating business within defined timelines.

6-Conduct regular field visits, partner meetings, and follow-ups to close onboarding targets.

7-Track partner performance, onboarding funnel, and conversions on a daily basis.


Key Skills & Competencies

1-Proven experience in Channel Sales / B2B Sales / Partner Acquisition

2-Strong target-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets

3-Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

4-Experience working with dealer or showroom networks is highly preferred

5-Comfortable with field sales, cold outreach, and follow-ups

6-Ability to work under pressure in a high-growth, high-expectation sales environment


Preferred Qualifications


1-Prior experience in high-volume partner onboarding roles

2-Strong local market and dealer network knowledge
