Job Title: Channel Manager / Direct B2B Sales Manager – Livey HeadsetsLocation: Mumbai (covering Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa)

Company: R P Infotel – Authorized Distributor, West Region India for Livey Headsets

About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, self-driven professional to manage channel partner development and direct B2B headset sales for our Livey product line. The ideal candidate will build relationships with resellers, system integrators, and enterprise clients to grow market share across the West India region.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, appoint, and nurture channel partners / resellers in West India.
  • Drive B2B headset sales directly to call centers, BPOs, corporates, and system integrators.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions for partners and customers.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Work closely with marketing to plan and execute regional promotions and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Manage price lists, distributor margins, and partner incentive programs.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to suggest new strategies.
  • Coordinate with the operations and logistics team for timely order processing and deliveries.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and funnel updates to management.
  • Required Skills & Experience3 – 6 years of experience in IT / Telecom / Peripheral / Headset sales.
  • Proven exposure to channel development and corporate B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel across the West region (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • EducationGraduate in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field (MBA preferred).
