Chartered Accountant – Real Estate Industry

Responsibilities:

• Handle full accounting, financial statements, and MIS reporting.
• Manage project-wise accounting, WIP, contractor bills, and cost control.
• Prepare budgets, cash flow, and project profitability reports.
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA compliance and filings.
• Manage audits: statutory, internal, tax, and RERA.
• Oversee banking, loan documentation, and fund management.
• Coordinate with sales, project, procurement, and management teams.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of real estate accounting, GST, TDS & RERA.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP & Advanced Excel.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.

Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant with real estate/construction experience preferred.
