Job Description
We are urgently hiring for "Customer Service Executive" in Malad west Mindspace.
Salary- 26k to 34k + plus incentives + OT
Hsc with 6months or Graduate fresher will do.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on a night shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off).
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
