Job Description

We are looking for a Chef to lead the cloud , who understands world cuisines.

He will be responsible for the overall management of kitchen operations in a cloud kitchen environment, ensuring food quality, cost control, team performance, training, SOP implementation, and timely dispatch of delivery orders. The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and commercial understanding.





Key Responsibilities




1️⃣ Kitchen Operations Management



  • Oversee daily production and service operations
  • Ensure smooth execution of online orders (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.)
  • Monitor prep planning and service flow to reduce delays
  • Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation




2️⃣ Menu Planning & Development



  • Develop and standardize recipes with clear SOPs
  • Create new menu items aligned with brand positioning
  • Conduct food trials and finalize costing before launch
  • Ensure all recipe cards are updated and documented




3️⃣ Food Cost & Inventory Control



  • Control food cost within approved budget targets
  • Monitor wastage, pilferage, and portion control
  • Conduct weekly stock checks and inventory audits
  • Approve purchase requisitions and vendor quality




4️⃣ Quality & Hygiene Compliance



  • Ensure strict adherence to FSSAI and hygiene standards
  • Maintain temperature logs, labeling, FIFO, and storage systems
  • Conduct regular kitchen audits and corrective training




5️⃣ Team Leadership & Training



  • Lead, train, and supervise CDPs, Commis, and kitchen staff
  • Allocate duties and manage shift scheduling
  • Conduct performance reviews and skill development
  • Maintain discipline and positive work culture




6️⃣ Administration & Reporting



  • Maintain recipe sheets, yield reports, and wastage reports
  • Submit daily production and food cost reports
  • Coordinate with operations and management on improvements
