Experience: 2–8 Years (Commi / CDP / DCDP levels)

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook dishes as per cuisine specialization:
• 
  
• Indian: Curries, gravies, biryani, tandoori accompaniments.
• Tandoor: Kebabs, tikka, naan, roti, breads.
• Chinese: Noodles, fried rice, wok dishes, sauces.
• Continental: Pasta, grills, steaks, burgers, sauces.
• Ensure taste consistency & presentation standards.
• Maintain mise en place and kitchen prep.
• Follow SOPs, recipes, and portion control.
• Maintain hygiene & food safety standards.
• Handle live kitchen / bulk orders / rush service.
• Control wastage and support food cost management.
• Key Skills RequiredExpertise in respective cuisine.
• Knowledge of sauces, marinades & spice blends.
• Wok / Tandoor / Grill handling skills.
• High-volume kitchen experience.
• Team player with discipline & speed.
• EligibilityMinimum 2+ years experience in hotels / restaurants / pubs.
• Relevant cuisine exposure mandatory.
• Basic English communication preferred.
