Chef

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our kitchen team. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent quality, hygiene, and efficiency. You will work closely with our current Head Chef to bring healthy and innovative recipes to life and maintain the high standards Bawarchibox is known for.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of assigned kitchen section (salads, bowls, sandwiches, hot meals, etc.).
• Ensure timely preparation and plating of meals as per company standards.
• Maintain quality, portion control, and nutritional accuracy of dishes.
• Guide and train commis chefs/junior staff in food preparation and hygiene.
• Work with Head Chef to test, refine, and roll out new recipes and menus.
• Uphold FSSAI and HACCP standards for food safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor stock levels, reduce food wastage, and ensure efficient inventory usage.
• Coordinate with operations team to meet order timelines during peak hours.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef or similar role in QSR/Cloud Kitchen/Hotel/F&B setups.
• Strong knowledge of healthy cuisine, continental, and Indian fusion preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Culinary degree/diploma preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong.
• Passionate about healthy cooking and innovation in food.
