Nomad Silk Route Kitchen is gearing up to open its doors, serving honest, fresh, and innovative food. We are looking for a hands-on, versatile Chef along with a team of helpers who is passionate about bread, baking, and creating new dishes in collaboration with the management. The ideal candidate must be: Skilled in bread-making, baking, pizza, customised sandwiches, drinks, and fresh snacks. Excited to experiment, innovate, and refine dishes as the café evolves. Open to working in a flat, equality-driven environment where every team member takes on all tasks—including food prep, billing, service, and cleaning. Committed, reliable, and comfortable in a café that values honesty, teamwork, and quality. If you enjoy creating great food and being part of a small, all-rounder team, Nomad Silk Route Kitchen could be the perfect fit. We are also looking to build a team with the head chef. So if you are new or even if you have not worked in a restaurant/cafe and are interested, we are happy to train you.
