Position: Chef Cum All-Rounder

Location: Mahavir Cafe, Thakur Village, Kandivali East, Mumbai – 400101

Mahavir Cafe is looking for a dedicated, hardworking & sincere Chef Cum All-Rounder to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about food preparation and is also willing to take complete responsibility for smooth day-to-day café operations.

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of all food items as per café standards and recipes.
• Maintaining quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation of food.
• Assisting in kitchen prep, cutting, cleaning, stocking, order acceptance to clearance and inventory management.
• Serving customers when required and coordinating with counter staff.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, service area, equipment, and overall café premises.
• Handling takeaway and dine-in orders efficiently.
• Supporting all café-related operational activities as instructed by management.
• Following SOPs, discipline, and operational guidelines strictly.

🔹 Working Hours:

• Shift Options: 12 hours / 9 hours
• Salary will vary depending on shift duration and experience.

🔹 Leave Policy:

• 2 leaves per month.
• Unutilised leaves will be encashed.
• No leave permitted on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or during festivals and special occasions.

🔹 Benefits:

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in café/fast food kitchen preferred.
• Multi-tasking ability and willingness to perform all roles when required.
