Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated full-time Demi Chef de Partie - Patisserie for our upcoming cloud bakery.
This role is responsible for:
- Overseeing daily pastry production
- Ensuring quality control across all menu SKUs
- Maintaining yield accuracy and cost discipline
- Executing production independently in the promoter's absence
- Managing inventory and par levels to ensure consistent availability of products
- Adhering to SOPs.
- Maintaining professional and personal hygiene.
Technical Skills Required
- Production experience with cheesecakes (baked and no-bake), tarts, curds, ganaches, custards, doughs, and syrups
- Basic chocolate handling
- Batch scaling and yield calculation
- Portioning and finishing consistency
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Software-based inventory management is a plus
