Chef De Partie

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie – Continental to manage a specific kitchen section and ensure consistent food quality, hygiene, and smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Continental cuisine and experience working in a professional kitchen environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and manage the assigned Continental kitchen section independently
• Prepare and present dishes as per standard recipes and quality guidelines
• Ensure food consistency, taste, portion control, and presentation
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness
• Coordinate with Sous Chef and Head Chef for daily operations
• Train and guide Commis and junior kitchen staff
• Monitor stock levels and assist in requisitions
• Minimize wastage and follow cost-control practices
• Ensure timely preparation during service hours
• Requirements & Skills3–5 years of experience in Continental cuisine
• Experience as Chef de Partie or Senior Commis
• Good knowledge of sauces, grills, pasta, and continental starters
• Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Team player with good communication skills
• Preferred QualificationDiploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts
