Prepare a variety of Veg Chinese dishes like:
- Hakka Noodles
- Fried Rice
- Manchurian (Dry & Gravy)
- Schezwan Rice/Noodles
- Chilli Paneer
- Soups & Starters
Maintain taste consistency and portion control
Handle wok cooking (high flame) efficiently
Ensure kitchen cleanliness & hygiene
Manage daily prep (cutting, sauces, gravies)
Monitor stock and inform for raw material requirements
Work with team during rush hours (especially evening peak)
