Job Description
1. Selling F&B products at Concession
2. Enrolling Customers in Club Cinépolis Membership
3. Checking the tickets and ushering customers in the Auditorium
4. Conducting PRP (Pre Rush Preparation) before shifts & interval start
5. Taking F&B orders from customers in the auditorium and serving on seats
6. Handling routine queries from customers and providing guidance
7. Escalating/informing any critical customer concerns to the supervisor
8. Delivering excellent customer service
9. Following operations processes as per company standards
