Civil Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings including concept layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed working drawings.
• Develop GFC (Good for Construction) drawings as per approved designs.
• Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and other consultants to incorporate inputs into drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with local building by-laws, development control regulations, and statutory norms.
• Revise drawings based on client, consultant, and site feedback.
• Prepare area statements, schedules, and basic documentation as required.
• Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation control.
• Provide drawing support during site execution and resolve drawing-related queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI in Architecture Drafting or Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, or similar software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and consultant drawings.
