Civil Engineer

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator (Civil) to oversee and coordinate site activities for civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of project activities at site, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely completion in line with project schedules.

• Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
• Work closely with MEP teams to ensure seamless integration with civil works.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Assist the Project Manager in preparing work schedules, resource allocation, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical/site-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report daily/weekly progress to management.
• Track materials availability, manage site logistics, and ensure timely procurement support.
• Identify and escalate risks or delays to the Project Manager and suggest corrective actions.
• Support documentation, work checklists, and quality assurance records.
• Requirements:Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized institution.
• 5 – 6 years of site execution experience in civil works, with exposure to MEP coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and project execution practices.
• Familiarity with MEP services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire-fighting, etc.) integration with civil structures.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills to handle contractors and site teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.
