Civil Engineer / Architect / Interior Designer – Hotel & Serviced Apartment Upgrades

We’re hiring a hands-on professional to upgrade old hotels & serviced apartments to modern hospitality standards.

Role:

• Inspect existing hotels & serviced apartments

• Create upgrade / renovation plans (budget-friendly)

• Improve rooms, bathrooms, common areas & services

• Ensure work meets safety, quality & hospitality standards

• Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians & vendors

• Monitor timelines, costs & on-site execution

What We’re Looking For:

• Civil Engineer / Architect / Interior Designer

• Experience in hotel, Airbnb or serviced apartment projects

• Strong understanding of practical renovation (not just drawings)

• Ability to work with old buildings & limited budgets

• Execution mindset – site visits & follow-ups

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of hotel room standards & layouts

• Experience converting old properties into guest-ready spaces
