Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Quantity Calculation & Verification:
• Accurately measure and calculate the quantity of waterproofing materials used and work completed. 
• Verify that the work being billed for has been completed according to project specifications and standards. 
• Bill Preparation & Submission:
• Prepare and submit Running Account (RA) bills based on work progress, material consumption, and labor involved. 
• Prepare and submit final bills for waterproofing projects. 
• Prepare and maintain accurate billing records. 
• Client & Contractor Coordination:
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding payments. 
• Address any billing-related query
