Teleperformance is hiring for Technical Support Engineer

Location: Malad (Work from office)

Role & responsibilities

• oversee and manage technical aspects of new construction and repair projects.
• Coordinate with project managers ,contractors and other stake holder to ensure smooth project execution.
• identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction activities.
• To play a crucial role in maintaining client relationships by offering guidance, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering exceptional support experiences.

Skills Required:

• A bachelor's degree /Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
• Experience in waterproofing engineering or leak detection is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, building codes, and industry standards is necessary.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Good communication skills are required for reporting and coordination.

Education: Degree/ Diploma in Civil or related field

Shift: Day Shift,1 rotational Week off

Salary: up to 40k CTC

Experience : Minimum 6 months and above in construction repair or related field.
