Position: Civil Engineer

Location: Mumbai candidate ONLY

Experience: 5–8 Years

Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / Redevelopment

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at site

Execute work as per approved drawings and specifications

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors

Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards

Monitor project progress and report to senior management

Handle billing, BOQ verification, and material reconciliation

Manage manpower and subcontractors effectively

Ensure timely completion of projects

🔹 Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and structural works

Ability to read and understand structural & architectural drawings

Knowledge of site execution, planning & coordination

Good communication and team management skills

Basic knowledge of billing and estimation

🔹 Qualification:

B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience in residential/commercial projects preferred

Salary as per standards
