Civil Site Engineer

The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects from conception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and plan infrastructure projects using engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro)

* Conduct site investigations, surveys, and risk assessments

* Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and timelines

* Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies

* Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety requirements

* Oversee construction activities to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications

* Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, and other data to plan projects

* Write technical reports, proposals, and documentation

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred for some roles)

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations

* Excellent communication and project management skills

* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* 3+ years of relevant experience in civil or structural engineering

* Familiarity with local building codes and standards
