💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

🧑‍💼 Experience: 3–5 Years

🏢 Industry: Mivan Formwork / High-Rise Construction

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day site activities as per drawings & project plan
• Supervise Mivan formwork works and ensure quality compliance
• Coordinate with subcontractors, site supervisors, and project manager
• Monitor work progress and maintain daily site reports
• Ensure safety standards and material management at site
• Support timely completion of structural activities

🎯 Candidate Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience specifically in Mivan formwork
• Strong understanding of site execution for high-rise structures
• Ability to manage manpower and handle on-site challenges
• Good communication & technical reporting skills
• Full-time site availability in Malad
