Civil Site Supervisor

Supervision and Execution of Finishing Works :- Supervise day-to-day finishing activities on site, including plastering, tiling, painting, flooring, false ceiling, joinery, carpentry, and façade works.

Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.

Coordinate with subcontractors and workers to ensure smooth execution and high-quality output.

Quality Assurance and Control :- Inspect finishing works regularly to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

 Identify defects and coordinate rectification works promptly. Ensure use of approved materials and correct workmanship

Site Coordination and Communication :- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Architects, MEP teams, Designers, and Clients for timely execution and problem-solving.

Attend site coordination meetings and provide updates on work status, progress, and challenges. Communicate daily work plans and schedules to teams and ensure targets are met
