Job Description

We are looking for a Client Relationship & Business Development Manager who can manage key corporate accounts, grow revenue from existing clients, and open new business opportunities through structured relationship-building and value-based selling.


This role is not a coordination or support role. The candidate is expected to take ownership of client relationships, lead business discussions, and drive closures while ensuring long-term account retention.


Key Responsibilities


1. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Facility Heads, Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams
  • Conduct periodic review meetings to assess service performance and client satisfaction
  • Capture structured feedback and ensure internal closure of issues


2. Business Growth from Existing Clients

  • Identify and close upsell / cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Promote bundled services such as AC, UPS, DG, Electrical Safety Audits, and AMC solutions
  • Expand business across new locations, cities, and additional scopes
  • Support commercial discussions and negotiations in coordination with management

3. New Business Development

  • Open doors with new corporate clients through relationship-led selling
  • Lead initial discussions, requirement understanding, and proposal coordination
  • Work closely with management to convert opportunities into closures
  • Build and maintain a healthy, qualified sales pipeline


4. Internal Coordination & Governance

  • Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure SLA adherence
  • Ensure commitments made to clients are delivered and closed
  • Maintain basic CRM discipline (meetings, opportunities, pipeline tracking)


Skills & Competencies


Must-Have Skills

  • Strong client-facing and business communication skills
  • Proven experience in B2B services sales and account management
  • Ability to conduct independent business discussions and negotiations
  • Understanding of commercials, margins, and contract structures
  • Experience handling corporate or multi-location clients


Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to facility management / AMC / technical services
  • Knowledge of AC, UPS, DG, Electrical Safety Audits (functional understanding)
  • Experience with retail or BFSI clients is an added advantage

Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in B2B services
  • Business-oriented mindset with strong ownership
  • Comfortable working directly with senior management
  • Ethical, dependable, and relationship-driven
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
