  • Experience in handling customers and achieving sales/target-based roles preferred

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Handle customer queries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Sales & Revenue GrowthAchieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets

  • Lead Management & ReportingMaintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, sales, and customer information in the CRM
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and proper documentation
  • Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
  • Team Coordination (Basic)Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and order processing
  • Share customer feedback with the team for improvement
