Client Relationship Executive

We are looking for a fresher or early-career professional to help holiday home owners understand, adopt, and successfully use the Doorloom app.

This role focuses on educating hosts, giving product demos, onboarding them smoothly, and ensuring they see real value from the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Explain Doorloom app features and benefits to holiday home owners
• Conduct simple product demos (online / phone / WhatsApp)
• Assist hosts with account setup and onboarding
• Guide hosts on best practices to improve bookings and operations
• Act as a friendly point of contact during the initial usage phase
• Collect feedback and share host insights with the internal team
