Client Relationship Executive

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner

• Provide accurate product information regarding laminates and other products

• Attend and assist walk-in customers visiting the office

• Demonstrate and explain product samples effectively

• Maintain and update customer records in CRM on a daily basis

• Follow up with potential and existing customers

• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and delivery updates

• Maintain records of inquiries, feedback, and complaints• Good communication skills (Hindi & English; Marathi preferred)

• Basic knowledge of laminates or willingness to learn

• Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage

• Presentable personality with a customer-friendly approach

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling)

• Prior experience in customer support / tele calling preferred
