Client Relationship Executive

Job Responsibilities:

·        As a Customer Relationship Executive, your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to Reach out to potential players via calls or other communication channels to invite them to participate in our events.

·        Provide detailed information about the event, including dates, location, rules, and any special arrangements. Assisting clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation.

·        Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns related to their Event Plans.

·        Coordinate with the event management team to ensure that all necessary arrangements are made for the players participation, including accommodation, transportation, and any special requests.

·        Maintain accurate records of Client information, bookings, and communications for future reference and analysis.
