Client Servicing Executive

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to manage and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients

* Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams

* Coordinate with design, tech, and other teams to ensure timely project delivery

* Handle client calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication professionally

* Share regular project updates and status reports with clients

* Address client queries, feedback, and concerns effectively

* Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships

* Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and documentation when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* Strong coordination and follow-up skills

* Ability to handle multiple clients/projects at the same time

* Basic understanding of digital services / IT / design projects (preferred)

* Proficiency in Google Workspace

* Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.

* Problem-solving and client-handling mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile:

* Experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success

* Background in digital agency / IT company is a plus

* Calm, polite, and professional communication style

* Detail-oriented and well-organized
