Job Title: Cluster Manager – Loan and Vehicle Sales

Job PurposeTo lead and manage sales operations for retail loans and vehicle finance within an assigned cluster. The Cluster Manager will drive business growth through branch teams, dealership networks, and channel partners while ensuring compliance, portfolio quality, and customer satisfaction.

1. Business Development & Sales ManagementDrive sales fo Vehicle loans, Home Loan and other retail loan products within the assigned cluster.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets (disbursement, profitability, and market share).

Develop and manage relationships with dealerships, DSA/DST networks, and corporate tie-ups.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.

2. Team Leadership & Performance ManagementLead a team of Sales Managers / Relationship Managers / Loan Officers across multiple branches.

Conduct regular reviews, sales training, and performance assessments.

Motivate and guide the team to achieve individual and cluster targets.

3. Channel ManagementOnboard and manage dealers, connectors, and DSA partners.

Ensure timely payouts, effective communication, and compliance adherence with all partners.

Strengthen existing channels and develop alternate business channels.

Monitor portfolio health, minimize NPAs, and ensure early delinquency control.

4. Market Intelligence & StrategyMonitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.

Provide feedback to senior management on market dynamics and suggest strategic actions.

Plan and execute local marketing and promotional campaigns.
