Job Title: CNC Lathe Operator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathe machines for precision manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CNC programming, machine setup, and producing high-quality components according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job instructions.
- Load raw materials and adjust machine settings to achieve required dimensions.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, and safe operation of machines.
- Troubleshoot issues related to tooling, programming, or machine performance.
