Job Description
Job Role:
• Handle Personal Loan overdue collections (Bucket 4 onwards) for assigned area
• Coordinate and monitor collection agencies and field officers
• Follow up with customers for overdue payments and negotiate settlements
• Control delinquencies and improve portfolio performance
• Conduct daily reviews, reporting, and escalate chronic cases
• Resolve customer queries and complaints within TAT
