Collection Executive / Officer

Job Description (JD)We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Collection Executive / Officer to manage and recover outstanding payments from customers while maintaining professional and ethical collection practices. The role involves regular follow-ups, customer coordination, and timely collections as per company policies.

• Key Responsibilities:Follow up with customers for pending payments / EMIs / dues via calls, messages, or field visits.
• Maintain accurate records of collections, follow-ups, and payment status.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Update collection status and remarks in the system or registers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for account reconciliation and closures.
• Ensure collections are done in compliance with company guidelines and legal norms.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
