Collection Specialist

Make collection calls to customers for overdue payments.

Follow up on pending dues while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.

Educate customers about outstanding amounts, payment options, and timelines.

Update call outcomes and customer interactions in the system accurately.

Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution.

Ensure adherence to compliance, scripts, and bank policies.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in banking collections.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Customer-centric approach with patience and professionalism.

Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
