Collections Team Leader

As a Collections Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Supervising and guiding telecallers and field executives in recovery operations.

- Ensuring achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

- Monitoring delinquent accounts and strategizing recovery plans.

- Preparing performance reports and sharing updates with management.

- Maintaining professionalism and ensuring compliance with company and RBI policies.

- Actively participating in recovery activities, including telecalling follow-ups and conducting field visits whenever required to achieve collection targets.

- Responsible for hiring own and strengthening team that consistently delivers collection objectives.

- Responsible for managing attrition levels through effective team management, motivation and performance development.
