Commis Chef

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Commi Chef – Continental to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and support senior chefs in delivering high-quality continental dishes.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparation and cooking of continental dishes as per recipes and standards
• Maintain mise en place and ensure timely service
• Follow instructions from CDP/Sous Chef/Head Chef
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
• Support in stock rotation (FIFO) and inventory management
• Minimize wastage and control portion sizes
• Requirements:Basic knowledge of Continental cuisine
• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of kitchen experience
• Culinary diploma or relevant training preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of English
