Commis Chef

Role OverviewWe are looking for 2 Commis Chefs to join our café kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food, eager to learn, and capable of supporting daily kitchen operations with consistency and hygiene.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Head Chef and senior kitchen staff in daily food preparation
• Prepare ingredients (chopping, marinating, portioning, basic cooking)
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and plating guidelines
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Handle basic cooking for café menu items (veg & non-veg, if applicable)
• Assist during service hours to ensure smooth kitchen flow
• Help with stock rotation, storage, and minimizing wastage
• Follow SOPs and instructions diligently
