Commis (Commi 1 / 2 / 3)

Job Summary:We are looking for dedicated and passionate Commis 1 and Commis 2 to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have basic to good kitchen knowledge, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality, hygiene, and consistency.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in daily food preparation as per recipes and standards
• Support CDP and senior chefs in assigned kitchen sections
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of food items
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and SOP guidelines strictly
• Prepare mise-en-place for service
• Assist during peak hours to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Minimize food wastage and follow portion control
• Coordinate with team members for timely food service
• Requirements:Commis 2:

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year of kitchen experience
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation
• Commis 1:
• 
  
• Minimum 1–2 years of kitchen experience
• Good understanding of assigned section and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Basic English communication preferred
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
