Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, disciplined in execution, and committed to maintaining high kitchen standards. You will work closely with the senior kitchen team to support daily operations and ensure smooth service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in food preparation and mise en place as per kitchen standards
• Execute dishes with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations at all times
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and plating guidelines strictly
• Support inventory management and stock rotation (FIFO)
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards
• Work efficiently during service while maintaining quality
• Assist senior chefs in prep, production, and basic kitchen operations

• Requirements1–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations and cooking techniques
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a structured environment
• Good sense of hygiene and cleanliness
• Willingness to learn and grow within the team
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service hours
• Team player with a positive and disciplined attitude
