Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Kitchen Production Executive to manage daily production operations in our ice cream manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating food-grade machinery, managing kitchen staff, ensuring product consistency, and following stringent hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain ice cream production equipment (pasteurizers, homogenizers, batch freezers, CF, hardening tunnels, etc.).

• Prepare and execute production batches as per standard recipes and SOPs.

• Monitor critical parameters like temperature, time, and mixing speed to ensure consistent product quality.

• Supervise raw material handling, weighing, mixing, and cooking processes.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment as per FSSAI norms.

• Maintain accurate production logs and inventory usage.

• Train junior staff in machine handling and SOP adherence.
