Job Description
Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, sauces, and garnishes
Ensure food is prepared and served according to quality, taste, and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, equipment, and kitchen area
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times
Assist in receiving, storing, and labeling raw materials as per SOP
Minimize wastage and report any spoilage or quality issues
Support smooth kitchen operations during peak hours
Follow instructions from senior kitchen staff and learn new cooking techniques
Ensure proper use and care of kitchen equipment
