💼 Job Description:

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Commis (2/3) to join our Central Main Kitchen team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of basic cooking techniques, hygiene standards, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

🧑‍🍳 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the Chef.
• Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the kitchen area.
• Proper handling, storage, and labeling of all food items.
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and mise-en-place.
• Adhere to company safety and food handling policies.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 0–3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen or hotel/restaurant setup.
• Basic knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisine preferred.
• Should be a team player with good communication skills.
• Qualification: 10th/12th pass or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts and a fast-paced environment.

💰 Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience).
