Community Mobilizer

We seek a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Community Outreach Executive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing skill development projects and mobilizing resources effectively. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and an understanding of the skills development sector.

Job Title: Community Outreach Executive – CSR Projects

Organization: Kohinoor Technical Institute Pvt Ltd.

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead and manage mobilization efforts for various skill development programs.

 Build strong relationship with the CSR partners

·        Develop and implement strategies to reach out to potential candidates for our training programs.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government bodies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.

·        Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of mobilization activities.

·        Monitor and report on mobilization progress and outcomes, ensuring targets are met.

·        Conduct field visits to understand ground realities and improve mobilization strategies.

·        Organize and participate in community events to promote our programs.

·        Document success stories and case studies that highlight the positive impact of the CSR livelihood projects.

Qualifications:

·        MSW or equivalent; relevant training or education in community development or related fields is preferred.

Skills:

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse communities.

·        Knowledge of local languages and cultural practices.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

·        Familiarity with livelihood programs, vocational training, and income generation activities.

·        Proficient in MS Office Suite

Experience:

·        Minimum 1 year experience in community mobilization, grassroots organizing, or working with NGOs on various Skill development projects
