Job Title: Computer Hardware Engineering Technician / CCTV TechnicianJob Description:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Computer Hardware Engineering Technician with expertise in CCTV systems, hardware repair, and field-based troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of computer systems, networking equipment, and surveillance systems at client locations.

This is a field-based role, requiring frequent travel to various sites for on-site diagnostics and technical support. The technician should have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, and hands-on experience with both hardware and networking components.

• Key Responsibilities:Perform field visits to install, maintain, and repair computer hardware, peripherals, and networking devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues in desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install and configure CCTV surveillance systems, including IP cameras, DVR/NVR units, and related cabling.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and software/hardware diagnostics.
• Perform network setup, testing, and cabling (LAN/WAN), including routers, switches, and patch panels.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all service requests, repairs, and installations.
• Provide technical support and training to end users as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Requirements:Diploma/Certificate in Computer Hardware Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field.
• Proven experience in computer hardware troubleshooting, networking, and CCTV installation.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cabling standards, and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to work independently in field conditions and handle multiple service calls.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for on-site support as needed.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
